Kids: Daniel and Caroline

~E

When I went home to celebrate the Fourth of July with my family, I took advantage of free models and had some fun doing what I love! I've said this before, but even though I'm biased - dang, these kids are CUTE!!! Here's some fun pics of my seester's kiddos.

I'm not sure why, but I've had this scene pictured in my head to try forever. My mom dug out my younger brother's old overhalls and I had my nephew Daniel try 'em on. Good thing we did it 'cause those wouldn't fit him in another month! We had to roll the bottoms up so they didn't look too short.

And tell me I don't have the best four year old model out there!

My father brought home a new little play house that some of his shop students at school made. The kids love it!

Watermelon break!!! This is Daniel saying "Mmmmm, look how much I ate Mommy." He hated it but acted like he loved it because everyone else did (especially Grandmom). I love his face in this one!

And then there's Caroline... She walked around the yard like this for some time - rind, dirt - it all tasted great to her!

It's way easier to shoot a four year old than a one year old! Caroline's so fast and squirmy! I'll have to try again to get one of them together.
