Anytime: Alana

Happy Thursday!!!!!

I'm always begging my friends to let me photograph them so I can try out new camera settings and ideas. Usually it takes a little begging or bribing, but when I met Alana one of the first things she asked me is if I would take her picture. I said "Of course! When can we do it?!"

I have been using my friends to practice shooting completely manually and am finally loving it. It was a little frusterating at first, but definitely worth the time and practice. It takes out so much post-processing time, helps avoid using ugly flash, and I just plain old like my images better since shooting manually! :)

Alana is into photography herself, so it was the perfect opportunity to bring along my good ol' polaroid camera that I have been wanting to use for a long time.
