Whoa.
I don't think it will seem real until I actually get there! I've never flown internationally and I can't wait; I'm so excited! I've been slowly preparing, but I know time will escape me and June 26th will be here before I know it. (Especially because we have weddings to shoot, more weddings to edit, and I have a trip to Vegas planned between now and then....yikes. It's going to be a busy time! Busy, but full of photo goodness! yesssss!)
If any of you photogs out there are reading this I would really appreciate advice on photo equiptment and traveling internationally. I always seem to pack too much when I'm traveling, but this time I have to be sure to keep things minimal, because I have to be able to fit everything on my back. So, leave a comment or send an e-mail with any tips. Gracias. :)

Lena is one of my friends from my Bible study group and I have grown to love her so much! She is such a light in this world. Sadly, she moved away and applied to a different college, so I won't be seeing her as frequently. I made sure to get her in front of my camera before she was gone for too long though!
Lena is so beautiful and was so fun to shoot! I would say a crazy idea and she would eagerly do it and even add her own flair! I just loved it! Here are some shots from the day:

I talked with Erin (Thomas) the other day about your website because I always love looking at your pictures, but it takes so long to upload anything and usually, only one or two of the pictures will actually upload. I can't figure out what the deal is because there are other photography sites also on blogger and they load fine. Just thought I'd let you know because I truly do love looking at your pictures! :)
I'm so flattered you love looking at our blog! It's hard to believe that anyone besides my family looks on here, even though the stat counter prooves otherwise! :) We love hearing from our guests on the blog! I will see if I can figure something out with the loading. Thanks for pointing that out. Nobody wants to go to a photo blog where they can't see the photos! -S
